The Hazard Prevention Plan is designed to prevent hazardous substances or risk factors that may occur during construction work through prior investigation.

Buildings or artificial structures with a height of 31 meters or higher above ground, buildings with a total floor area of 30,000 sqr. or higher, or cultural and assembly facilities with a total floor area of 5,000 sqr. or higher (excluding exhibition halls, zoos, and botanical gardens), construction, remodeling, or dismantling of secondary education facilities, general hospitals among medical facilities, tourist accommodation facilities among accommodation facilities, underground shopping centers, or cold storage facilities.
This refers to a business that falls under any of the following categories and has a total rated capacity of 300 kW or more of electrical equipment.
Construction work such as bridge construction with a total floor area of 5,000 m2 or more
Construction of bridges with a maximum span length of 50 m or more
Construction work such as tunnel construction
Excavation work with a depth of 10m or more
Construction of multipurpose dams, power generation dams, and water-only dams with a storage capacity of 20 million tons or more, and local water supply dams, etc.
